Sales Support

Aladdin’s dedicated sales team supports our partners in the marketing, selling and
servicing of solutions to end-users. This team includes:

- Aladdin Regional Sales Managers (RSM) who manage the partner
sales activities with Aladdin.
- Inside Sales Managers (ISM) who manage leads and incoming call
qualification.
- Technical Support Specialists who improve partner product and
technical knowledge.
- Sales Engineers (SE) who offer pre-sales support with extensive
product knowledge.
- Channel Marketing Managers who act as consultants to partners
regarding lead generating activities, marketing events and related activities.

Account Management

The Account Manager has the primary responsibility for ensuring both companies meet
their business objectives in revenue, solution implementation, and market share.
In order to accomplish this, the Account Manager will do the following:

- Manage activities related to the partner.
- Assist the partner in revenue generation.
- Review the joint pipeline and assist in developing formal forecasts.
- Help ensure successful customer deployments of joint implementations.
- Prepare quarterly progress reports and business reviews.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

available industry-wide.

Aladdin Channel Partners benefit from wide-ranging training that includes video-based
training, web-based training and other activities. Comprehensive on-site training
courses are held at locations worldwide, providing your sales team with the opportunity
to learn from on-site support personnel with targeted technical sales knowledge.

The partner agrees that all leads will be held under the strictest confidence and
used solely in pursuing Aladdin-related business opportunities.

Business Planning and Lead Tracking

Each partnership includes a business planning process and lead tracking system so
that the results of each partnership can be easily quantified. We use these metrics
to determine the success of each partnership and to define the partner category
for which you are best suited.
