Aladdin Expands Global Efforts
Aladdin opens office in Italy, gains new distributors in Korea and Argentina, holds
series of international partner training events

CHICAGO, November 8, 2005 - Aladdin Knowledge
Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALDN) the worldwide leader in Software Digital Rights Management
(DRM) and USB-based authentication solutions, and a leading innovator in enterprise
secure content management (Enterprise Security), today announced several efforts
aimed at expanding its ever-growing international presence, including:

- New Aladdin Italy Office
- On Oct 1st, Aladdin opened its first office in Italy. Managed by Mr. Alfredo Cusin,
the local efforts are designed to better serve both existing and future customers,
as well as enhance relationships with channel partners - Aladdin sees this area
as a key market for all three Aladdin product lines.
- New Distributors - Aladdin
recently signed an agreement naming Seoul-based Winoble as a distributor for the
Aladdin eSafe and Aladdin eToken products. Aladdin also recently signed an agreement
naming Buenos Aires-based SiSoft as a distributor of the Aladdin HASP and Aladdin
eToken products lines.
- International Partner Training
- Throughout the last several months, Aladdin has initiated numerous Aladdin eSafe
product training events for International partners. With events already held in
Mexico, Brazil, Russia and Israel, more training events are set to be scheduled
soon for other regions.
